Recent projects

Simulation result from the BISICLES ice sheet model of Antarctica, showing patterns of projected surface mass balance (SMB) changes in 2081-2100 under an overshoot scenario (SSP5-3.4OS), relative to a lower emissions scenario (SSP1-2.6). Several areas show reduced SMB, particularly in the Amundsen Sea Embayment in West Antarctica and around Totten Glacier in East Antarctica.
